Development of Liquid Tank Farm at Hazira

Three numbers of multipurpose berths have been developed in the Phase-I at Hazira Port. These berths have multiproduct pipelines. The terminal is equipped to handle and store crude, chemicals, edible oil with a pipeline network from jetty to storage terminal. In the Phase-I, terminal has 83 tanks of different specifications in Phase-I with capacity of 0.2 million KL.

It is planned that tank farm consisting of 19 enclosures with 254 tanks with maximum capacity of 1 million KL. State-of-the-art automated loading and discharging systems is being installed at Hazira Port. 30 loading bays for tanker Lorries with tank wise dedicated pumps are provided for faster turnaround of the road tankers.

Adani group delegated responsibility of project management consultancy to HOWE from concept to commissioning. The broad scope of HOWE includes from planning, engineering, estimation, commercial aspects, quality, construction supervision at site etc.
