Overview

  • Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL) is a flagship company of Adani Group of companies registered under “The Company’s act 1956”. AEL has entered in to a MOU with Energy Department of State Government of Rajasthan on 20.03.2008, for setting up coal base thermal power plant near Kawai village of Baran district, Rajasthan through its subsidiary company Adani Power Limited called as Adani Power Rajasthan Limited (APRL).
  • APRL proposed to construct 2x660 MW Thermal Power Plant at Kawai in Rajasthan. The proposed power plant is located on the East side of Salpura Railway Station on Kota Rutiyai section falling on Kota division of West Central Railway. An extent of 662 Acres of land has been acquired by APRL for the proposed power plant.

  • As a part of this overall scheme, Adani Power Maharashtra Limited (APML) Adani House, Near Mithalakli Circle, Navrangpura, Ahmadabad-380009, a fully owned subsidiary of Adani Power Limited and registered under the Indian Companies Act 1956 proposes to set up a Thermal Power Plant of 1980 MW (3X660 MW) at Tirora village of Gondia district, Maharashtra.
  • The Proposed Power Plant is located on the south side of Kachewani Railway Station on Gondia –Nagpur Section of South East Central Railway.

CLIENT: DANI MINING PVT. LTD

LOCATION: SURAJPUR

Overview

  • As per directions of Govt. of Chhattisgarh, a SPV, Surajpur Rail Corridor Private Limited (SRCPL) is implementing the railway line for evacuation of coal from various coal blocks in Hasdeo-Arand coalfield
  • TIt is about 75 KM from Sarajpur Road Station the nearest station on Ambikapur-Annupur single line electrified section of Bilaspur Division on South East Central Railway to Parsa East & Kente Basin.

Project Background

  • Construction of Phase-1, Km 0- 33 started in April'12, commissioned by Jun’15 & train movement started by Oct'14.
  • Phase-2, Km 33-75 which is split in to 3 sections: Phase-2A (33-54 km), Phase-2B (54- 70 km) Phase-2C (70-75 km/ Mines Area) out of which 2 sections were commenced dated: 21.05.2014, dated: 07.08.2014 & dated: 07.08.2014 respectively for Phase-2A/2B/2C

Scope of Work

Civil Works:

  • Formation including Earthworks, Blanketing, Catch water & Side drains and Minor Bridges.
  • Structures – RUB's, ROB's, Major Bridges, Canal Bridges & Syphons
  • Manned level crossings (Non-interlocked) with goomties – 6 Nos.
  • Station Buildings, Staff Quarters, Offices, Stores, Other service buildings, Circulating areas, S&T goomties, SP/SSP rooms, water supply, sanitation and drainage arrangements.
  • Miscellaneous works like protection works, retaining walls, diversion of roads, platform wall & finishes, cutting of trees, transportation of trees as desired by forest department, Nulla diversion, etc.

Track Works

  • Procurement of Ballast
  • Procurement of P. Way material, i.e., Rails, PSC Sleepers & Track Fittings etc.
  • Laying of Track and Points & Crossings
  • Welding of Rail Joints

S &T Works

  • Multiple Aspect Color Light Signaling (MACLS) system with Electronic Interlocking along with absolute Block working material including Supply of material including UFSBI, Data logger and execution of same.
  • Providing communication at stations including landline/ wireless/ control phones on OFC/ 6 Quad cables, walkie talkie sets.
  • Providing FOIS connectivity through OFC/6 Quad/ BSNL lines/VSAT.

Electrical Works

  • General lighting for proposed crossing stations, yards, offices, staff quarters, water works, level crossings, S&T goomties, SP/SSP platform, street lights.
  • Power supply works from source to Station Building/Staff quarters

OHE Works

  • Due to electrified section at serving station total track are proposed to electrify with 1x25 KV OHE–SITC.
  • (III) FIM–FIM’s like Reinforcement, Rails and Sleeper shall be procured from Railway/RDSO approved vendors.
