Development Of Coal Handling Facility At Parsa East & Kanta Basan Coal Mine

M/s HOWE India Pvt Ltd. (HOWE) was appointed as the Consultant for the development of Coal handling facility at Parsa East & Kanta Basan Coal Mine. The coal blocks have been allotted for developing of captive opencast coal mines for power generation at linked power plants.

The services provided by HOWE are as follows:

• Preparation of overall Layout of the coal handling system (CHS) including Mining plan, Washery layout etc.
• Basic Engineering of structures for conveyors, crushers, screens, storage & load out system, Stacker / Reclaimer, Truck loading station, wagon loading station, Dust Suppression, Dust Extraction & Fire fighting System
• Preparation of Design parameters, Bill of Quantities
• Tender preparation, analysis & recommendation
• Checking of Drawing & documents submitted by EPC contractor to ensure Compliance with contract.
